1. Tourism technology and the agency’s role
TOURSICO earns no commission on bookings. Subscribing businesses pay a fixed USD30/month for technology infrastructure, with no additional TOURSICO per-tour fee. Travelers pay their activity provider on arrival using accepted cash or a physical credit/debit card.
TOURSICO is the tourism technology platform of TARHINI SYSTEMS. Its software service covers website preparation under an agency’s own business identity, content and reservation tools, and technical infrastructure for eligible Google Things to Do integrations. It is designed for agencies holding the permissions and licences required where they operate. Website publication and integration depend on the separately agreed scope, current access conditions and relevant approvals.
The software service does not itself organise or perform tours, transport or guiding. The travel-service business is identified on the relevant offer and reservation and is responsible for its own licences, service conditions, fulfilment and traveler obligations. Using TOURSICO infrastructure grants neither an agency licence nor Google approval; Google listing or ranking is not guaranteed.
The current platform also has public activity-discovery, reservation and transfer-request interfaces. This notice does not conceal those functions, change the parties to existing transactions or exclude mandatory platform/intermediary duties and consumer rights arising from the actual service. An agency using software tools is distinct from TARHINI SYSTEMS itself performing that agency’s travel service.
2. Direct software scope
The provider is ALI TARHINI — TARHINI SYSTEMS. These conditions cover separately agreed TOURSICO business tools, provider websites, software access, setup and support. Existing account permissions retain their own rules. Publishing these terms starts no paid plan, free trial or publication entitlement.
A third-party provider’s tour, transfer, collection and cancellation obligations are not transferred into these software conditions. Travelers should review their provider’s offer and Platform and reservation terms. Purely digital software involves no physical shipping.
3. Digital delivery and activation
A separate written offer specifies features, users/permissions, delivery method, schedule, acceptance criteria and technical requirements. Delivery may be authorised account access, an agreed configuration/release or secure link. Source-code transfer or external licences are included only if expressly agreed.
Activation requires actual authorised-customer acceptance and the system’s existing permission/activation conditions. Signing in, creating a workspace or selecting a payment preference is not activation. Instant publication/delivery or uninterrupted availability is not promised. Mandatory defective-service remedies remain intact.
4. Trial, term and renewal
Each activity supplier is a TOURSICO infrastructure subscriber. A newly registered business receives one 14-day trial from its business registration. Existing suppliers’ first subscription payment is due on 14 November 2026 (Europe/Istanbul), unless an authorised administrator extends their trial. The dashboard shows the effective deadline. Logging in, inviting staff or creating another workspace does not restart a business’s trial.
The recurring technology infrastructure fee is fixed at USD30 per month. TOURSICO earns no booking commission and charges no per-tour fee. The business owner must separately accept the subscription terms and recurring-payment authority before card setup. iyzico is used solely for this TOURSICO subscription. Its merchant application is pending; card setup and collection remain unavailable until the required approval and configuration are complete. A logo, registration, login or trial deadline does not establish payment consent or a successful charge.
Request cancellation in the subscription dashboard or in writing at info@toursico.com. The dashboard distinguishes a cancellation request from a confirmed processor cancellation and shows any paid-through date. An administrator can only extend an uncharged trial; an extension cannot move the deadline earlier or rewrite a recorded payment. Records remain available under their retention and access rules. Mandatory consumer termination, withdrawal, refund and defective-service rights remain intact.
5. Setup, domains and external costs
The TOURSICO infrastructure subscription is fixed at USD30/month, with no booking commission, per-tour charge or separate TOURSICO setup fee. Supported configuration, publication and account permissions follow the disclosed product scope and technical availability.
Domain registrars and optional third-party services have their own costs and terms. They are not a TOURSICO booking commission. The customer supplies lawful content and required business information; external approvals and uninterrupted availability are not guaranteed.
6. Consumer withdrawal
A consumer acting outside a trade or profession may withdraw within fourteen days of service-contract formation, without a reason or penalty. A clear written/durable notice to info@toursico.com or the registered address within that period is sufficient; no mandatory form applies. Statutory protections for inadequate information remain intact.
Article 15 of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation contains conditional exceptions for immediately performed electronic services, immediately delivered intangible goods and services begun before the withdrawal period ends with consumer approval. Not every software service or personalised setup is automatically exempt. Any necessary early-performance declaration is separate from general terms and privacy information. Defective-service remedies remain available.
7. Refunds, partial performance and impossibility
For valid statutory consumer withdrawal, collected payments are refunded within fourteen days of receipt of notice, by the appropriate original method, in one payment and without a consumer fee. Bank posting times do not extend this duty. No automatic setup/labour deduction reduces a valid statutory right.
Outside withdrawal and defective-service remedies, completed outputs, unused advances and preapproved external costs are itemised under the contract and applicable law. There is no blanket non-refundable fee rule; B2B termination may be separately negotiated. If performance becomes impossible, the consumer is notified within three days and collected amounts are refunded within fourteen days of notification.
8. Payment issues and requests
iyzico is reserved for TOURSICO’s own USD30 monthly infrastructure subscription. The merchant application is pending; no live subscription card collection is represented as active. Report suspected duplicate, failed or unauthorised charges with the date, amount and reference. Do not send card numbers, security codes, passwords or one-time codes. Bank/payment-provider dispute rights remain intact.
Software cancellation, refund and copy requests can be sent to info@toursico.com or the registered address. Traveler service payments and disputes concern the provider identified in that reservation. Mandatory consumer arbitration, court and applicable mediation routes remain available.
