Your brand comes first

Present your agency with its own name, logo, content and contact details on a Toursico-based website. Subdomain or domain setup follows verification and activation.

Keep your catalogue organised

Prepare tour descriptions, images, options and practical information in a workspace tied to your verified business. Control who on your team can make changes.

Prepare eligible tours for Google

Choose which activities you want reviewed for Google Things to Do. Eligibility, content rights and Google’s own requirements apply; appearance or ranking is never guaranteed.

Two separate publishing routes

Your website. An optional Google review.

The supplier publication model below is being introduced for activated agency websites. Eligible activities can also be considered for the TOURSICO marketplace at no additional marketing fee. Website publication, marketplace eligibility and Google submission remain separate.

Ordinary website tours

Publish to your own agency website.

The intended self-service route publishes your completed, valid tour to your own Toursico-based website without waiting for Toursico approval, provided you have not selected the review route.

  1. Prepare your tour and required details
  2. Choose your own website as the destination
  3. Publish without the Google review request

Optional · Google Things to Do

Request review when the tour is ready.

Mark an eligible activity for Google Things to Do and explicitly submit it for Toursico review. Review, any corrections, feed submission and Google’s decision are separate stages. A checkbox alone does not send the tour to Google.

  1. Select an eligible activity
  2. Submit a Google Things to Do review request
  3. Resolve review feedback before any Google submission

Your agency remains the identified travel-service provider and is responsible for licences, lawful content, prices, availability and delivery. Toursico provides the software infrastructure.

One connected workspace

The tools behind your tourism business.

Tours and availability

Prepare descriptions, galleries, options, meeting points, prices, schedules and multilingual content. Existing inventory and booking records stay intact. Drafts and unbookable demonstrations do not count as active published real tours.

Reservations and Pay on Arrival

Travelers pay their activity provider in person on arrival, using cash or an accepted credit/debit card. A reservation remains unpaid until actual collection is recorded. TOURSICO earns no commission on the booking.

Tickets and verification

Digital reservation links and A4 PDF documents display the recorded status and any amount due. QR verification and authorised check-in follow ticket eligibility; a reservation voucher alone is not permission to enter. Current check-in requires a confirmed, paid, issued ticket.

Languages and content

The existing catalogue supports English, German, Russian, Turkish, Dutch, Polish and Japanese. Website infrastructure also recognises Spanish, French, Chinese and Arabic; content availability depends on the actual translation. Unlimited paid AI translation is not included.

Business and team access

Keep business identity, merchant contacts, arrival-payment preferences and authorised team permissions together. Access is tied to the current account and verified business; another supplier’s private records stay separate.

Domains and website tools

Prepare a TOURSICO subdomain or connect a verified custom domain, review website drafts and previews, and configure brand assets and supported content. External domain registration and renewal are not included.

Templates and legal content

Nine website designs are prepared in the platform. Preview available designs and adjust supported branding without replacing tour or reservation records. Each merchant reviews and approves its own identity, policies and cookie settings.

Demonstrations that stay demonstrations

New workspaces may initialise ten editable examples. They are private, unbookable demonstrations until explicitly converted into real activities with valid details. They remain separate from your real published catalogue.

Marketplace and Google distribution

Eligible marketplace discovery, provider attribution and provider-separated booking journeys are part of the plan. Google Things to Do support requires eligible products, content rights, review and applicable partner requirements. No distribution result is guaranteed.

Before you apply

Who can apply?

Licensed agencies and other authorised tourism businesses can introduce their business. Account registration is followed by business verification; it is not proof of a travel licence or supplier approval.

When does the 14-day trial begin?

New businesses receive one 14-day trial from business registration. The first payment for existing suppliers is due on 14 November 2026 unless an administrator extends the trial. Signing in, inviting staff or adding a workspace does not restart it.

What happens after the trial?

The infrastructure subscription is US$30 per month, with no TOURSICO booking commission or per-tour fee. The business owner separately accepts the subscription terms and recurring payment authority. Card setup uses iyzico after merchant approval. The dashboard shows the current deadline and confirmed status.

Will every tour go to Google?

No. The Google Things to Do route is optional and requires an explicit review request for eligible content. Toursico review is separate from Google’s own requirements and decision. No listing, ranking or bookings are guaranteed.

Can my tours appear on the TOURSICO marketplace?

Starter includes eligibility for standard marketplace promotion with no additional platform marketing fee. Visibility depends on eligibility, content quality and discovery policies. It does not guarantee traffic, rankings or bookings, and your agency remains identified as the activity provider.

Can I publish tours immediately after registration?

You can apply and prepare your business information now. Website hosting, trial activation and self-service publishing require confirmed availability and activation. Current catalogue changes continue through staff review until the new route is enabled.

Does TOURSICO take a booking commission?

No. TOURSICO earns no booking commission. Its only platform fee is the fixed US$30 monthly technology infrastructure subscription.
