1. Tourism technology and the agency’s role
TOURSICO earns no commission on bookings. Subscribing businesses pay a fixed USD30/month for technology infrastructure, with no additional TOURSICO per-tour fee. Travelers pay their activity provider on arrival using accepted cash or a physical credit/debit card.
TOURSICO is the tourism technology platform of TARHINI SYSTEMS. Its software service covers website preparation under an agency’s own business identity, content and reservation tools, and technical infrastructure for eligible Google Things to Do integrations. It is designed for agencies holding the permissions and licences required where they operate. Website publication and integration depend on the separately agreed scope, current access conditions and relevant approvals.
The software service does not itself organise or perform tours, transport or guiding. The travel-service business is identified on the relevant offer and reservation and is responsible for its own licences, service conditions, fulfilment and traveler obligations. Using TOURSICO infrastructure grants neither an agency licence nor Google approval; Google listing or ranking is not guaranteed.
The current platform also has public activity-discovery, reservation and transfer-request interfaces. This notice does not conceal those functions, change the parties to existing transactions or exclude mandatory platform/intermediary duties and consumer rights arising from the actual service. An agency using software tools is distinct from TARHINI SYSTEMS itself performing that agency’s travel service.
2. Essential storage and security
Cookies, localStorage or sessionStorage may support authentication/session security, business permissions, provider-grouped carts, language/currency and necessary website preferences. They are not advertising consent. The language-preference cookie is configured for up to one year; sessions and other records follow their own security/application lifecycle.
Existing flows protect sensitive private reservation/transfer link fragments. Technical session/storage names are retained for account continuity. Clearing browser data may affect sign-in and carts; it does not automatically delete server-side contracts or payments.
3. Optional tracking
Optional third-party advertising/analytics loads are disabled in the current TOURSICO canonical production configuration, and provider storefronts use no optional advertising/analytics. No non-functional consent banner is added. Any future optional technology requires information and a genuine category-based choice/withdrawal mechanism before activation.
A page view, account, booking or message is not marketing permission. Notice is separate from consent, and optional choices are not preselected.
4. Maps and external services
Maps/address/route features may send selected location or address data to Google Maps/Places or the used map service. Device location requires separate browser permission. WhatsApp/social links open services governed by their own notices. Locally hosted payment logos do not contact those brands.
Hosting, identity, security and email services may process technical records without cookies. The Privacy policy and Personal data notice separately address these activities and international transfers. Manage stored data through browser settings and send account/data-rights requests to the platform.
