1. Parties and direct service

Provider: ALI TARHINI — TARHINI SYSTEMS, Turkish sole proprietor. Kemer Tax Office, tax number 8240760220; Tradespeople and Craftspeople Registry No. 313614; Kemer Esnaf ve Sanatkârlar Odası. Registered address: Yeni Mahallesi, Akdeniz Caddesi No: 30 C, Kemer / Antalya, Türkiye. Email info@toursico.com; phone +90 555 178 2207.

The customer and authorised representative, contact and invoice details are identified in the individual written offer, not fabricated on this public page. The subject is separately offered TOURSICO software access, a provider website, setup or support. Independent providers’ tours, transfers and traveler collections are outside this software agreement.

2. Information and contract formation

The customer first contacts the platform about the requirement. Before binding acceptance or payment, the provider supplies a durable copy, such as email, identifying parties, features, technical requirements, users/permission limits, digital delivery, schedule, tax-inclusive total/recurring charges, external costs, withdrawal/termination and support information. A dated copy of these terms accompanies the individual offer.

Formation requires actual express written acceptance or an agreed signature of the pre-contract information and personalised offer, and fulfilment of the stated formation conditions. A preselected box, visit, login, account, invitation or enquiry is not assent. The accepted copy and record are supplied to the customer. Early performance and recurring payment authority require separate express statements. Publication does not replace existing server permissions or commercial-policy approval.

3. Scope, price, tax and payment

There is no currently purchasable self-service paid SaaS plan or automatic card collection in the production flow. Earlier provisional Starter figures are not an active price offer. An offered service must specify product, term, currency, tax-inclusive total, applicable VAT, setup/overage and invoicing terms in the individual quotation. Undisclosed extras are not imposed on a consumer.

Only a legally and technically authorised payment method may be separately offered for the transaction. iyzico/card logos are not merchant approval or collection evidence. Software payment is separate from a traveler’s provider payment; domain and transaction-type authorisation must be verified before card integration. Historical payment, commission, invoice and provider responsibilities are unchanged.

4. Digital performance and acceptance

The offer defines scope and delivery through authorised access, agreed configuration or release handover; no shipping applies. The customer reviews against agreed criteria and reports defects in writing. Silence is not an automatic waiver. Source, licence and IP-transfer scope is expressly defined.

Consumers retain applicable rights to repeat performance, free remediation, reduction or termination for defective services. Impossibility requires notice within three days and a refund of collected amounts within fourteen days of notification. Scope/schedule changes are agreed in writing.

5. Trial, subscription and termination

A trial or subscription starts only when separately offered and accepted by the authorised customer. Product, activation, term, renewal/price changes, cancellation and data/access handover are disclosed first. This document does not open the existing SaaS activation gates; signing in or creating a workspace does not restart a trial.

Automatic renewal/collection is not assumed and requires express agreement. Written cancellation/non-renewal requests may be sent to info@toursico.com; end date, earned charge/refund and data/access effects are confirmed in writing. Mandatory consumer subscription termination protections, including no heavier termination than formation conditions, remain applicable. A new webpage does not remove existing contractual rights.

6. Consumer withdrawal

A consumer acting outside trade/profession may withdraw within fourteen days of service-contract formation without a reason or penalty by clear written/durable notice to info@toursico.com or the registered address. No mandatory form applies; statutory protections for inadequate information remain intact.

Article 15 exceptions apply only where the actual conditions are satisfied. Immediate electronic performance, immediate intangible delivery and early service performance with consumer approval are distinct cases. SaaS, setup or personalisation is not automatically exempt. Any early-performance approval is separate from general terms/privacy information; defective-service remedies remain intact.

7. Refunds, termination calculations and disputes

Valid consumer withdrawal is refunded within fourteen days of receipt, by the appropriate original payment method, in one payment and without a consumer fee. Bank processing times do not extend the duty. No automatic deduction or blanket non-refundable rule restricts statutory withdrawal.

Other termination accounts itemise completed work, delivery, unused advances and preapproved costs under the contract and law. Report duplicate/unauthorised payment concerns with date, amount and reference; bank/provider dispute rights remain intact. A failed payment creates no paid subscription or entitlement.

8. Responsibilities and data

The provider performs the agreed work with professional care. The customer supplies lawful content, decisions and authorised access through an agreed secure method; enquiry messages should not include passwords or card security data. The offer allocates domain, hosting, licence and API costs. Third-party use does not eliminate the provider’s own duties.

A business’s controller role for its travelers, the platform’s own account/security records and any processor role are assessed separately for the actual service. Necessary processing arrangements are separately established. Privacy/KVKK information is not blanket consent or automatic transfer authority.

9. B2B and consumer transactions

B2B terms for a business’s professional software purchase may be separately negotiated; consumer-specific withdrawal is not automatically extended to every B2B transaction. An invoice heading alone does not remove consumer status. Mandatory Law No. 6502 and applicable distance/subscription rules prevail for consumers. Turkish law applies without excluding mandatory international protections.

10. Support, disputes and contract copy

Send performance, cancellation, refund, copy and complaint requests to info@toursico.com, +90 555 178 2207 or the registered address. Specific support scope/hours belong in the offer; this page promises no 24/7 support. Mandatory rights do not require a paid support package.

Consumers retain competent arbitration/court remedies at their residence or transaction location under current jurisdiction thresholds and applicable mediation rules. The accepted individual offer, pre-contract information, dated terms and separate approvals form the transaction copy. Later website edits do not apply retroactively. Previous versions and historical relationship documents remain available. The Turkish text is authoritative for Turkish-law disclosures; mandatory rights prevail over translation differences.
