Platform and activity provider
TARHINI SYSTEMS provides the TOURSICO software and marketplace. The independent activity provider identified on the offer and reservation supplies the activity, sets its availability and activity-specific conditions, and is responsible for its licenses, fulfillment and traveler obligations. Platform branding does not transfer a provider's identity or imply that TARHINI SYSTEMS holds that provider's travel license.
Offers and reservations
Review the identified provider, date, participant details, pickup arrangements, price, currency, inclusions, restrictions and cancellation conditions before submitting a reservation. Availability is checked by the booking workflow; a search result or demonstration is not a reservation. Different providers have separate carts and reservation relationships. Supply accurate contact details so the provider can coordinate the activity.
A reservation record or voucher does not by itself establish supplier acceptance, payment collection or permission for QR admission. Follow the status and instructions on your reservation. The activity provider may need to contact you to confirm arrangements.
Payment on arrival
Checkout offers Pay on Arrival — Cash and Pay on Arrival — Card, paid in person. No online payment or card details are requested. Reservation confirmation does not mean payment has been collected.
The selected arrival method is a payment preference. Card payment takes place in person; confirm that the operator accepts cards. Supplier booking acceptance is separate. The method actually collected is recorded independently.
These statements do not rewrite an earlier payment, settlement or agreed provider commission. Existing transactions retain their original records and terms.
Changes, cancellations and refunds
The cancellation and change conditions shown for the selected activity and accepted reservation apply. There is no platform-wide promise of free cancellation or a fixed refund deadline for every provider. Contact the provider using the reservation details; platform support can help route the request.
Refunds concern amounts actually collected and remain subject to the applicable reservation terms and mandatory rights. An unpaid reservation does not create a payment to refund. If a provider cannot fulfill an activity, the provider must address the reservation according to the applicable terms and law. These draft terms do not remove statutory consumer rights.
Provider websites and subscriptions
Provider website services and subscription billing are separate from traveler activity payments. The provider website agreement remains a versioned draft. Its proposed prices are not an active charging mandate. A trial requires explicit authorized-owner activation under approved terms; signing in or inviting staff does not start or restart it. No subscription is treated as paid without an accepted payment integration and confirmed payment.
Content and permitted use
Publish only content and business information you are entitled to use. Do not misrepresent providers, availability, prices, reviews, licenses or identity. Clearly identified demonstrations are not bookable inventory. Account holders must protect their credentials and assign only the staff access their business authorizes.
Existing agreements and the TOURSICO transition
The platform evolves from Kemer Tours while retaining original providers, accounts, tours and operational history. A name or website change does not replace an earlier contracting party, assign a signed contract, rewrite a historical invoice or change an issued reservation. Earlier booking terms, cancellation information and provider agreement remain available for the relevant legacy relationship. New terms require the appropriate notice and assent before they replace an existing agreement.
Privacy, support and final agreement
The privacy notice describes platform data processing. Contact the operator below for support or a dispute. Final applicable-law, dispute-resolution, liability, cancellation and subscription terms remain subject to legal and commercial review; this draft does not invent a new binding forum or waive mandatory rights.
